The completion and submission of this form does not entitle the applicant to play on the golf course without payment of the appropriate green fee, or to enter the Club unless accompanied by a Member. Wheatley Golf Club reserves the right to refuse Membership. The information provided in this application will not be shared with anyone else and is kept confidential.
